International transfers: Our primary infrastructure is hosted and processed entirely within the United Kingdom by a certified cloud services provider. Where you choose to sign in using Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Apple, or Facebook, authentication data may be processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) maintained by those providers.

The CentralNest Video Upload Service is a self-service application for individual consumers. If you are using this service, it is because your removal company has asked you to upload a video survey of your property so they can assess your moving requirements and provide a quote. We recognise that home moves can be stressful, and that some users may be in vulnerable circumstances (e.g. bereavement, health challenges). We are committed to treating all users with care. This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact privacy@centralnest.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
